Search committee chairs, search committee members, and hiring managers must participate in training offered by the Office of the Provost and Human Resources before starting any faculty searches. This training will be offered in-person or online. Contact your Dean’s Office representative for more information about training.

Additionally, search committee members should review the Search and Selection Process Guide. In addition, all committee members should complete the Search & Selection Strategies for Faculty Positions in Workday before engaging in the recruitment and selection process.
