Providing Assistance to Applicants

Applicants will be uploading their materials using Interfolio Dossier. If an applicant or person who is writing a recommendation letter asks for help with Interfolio Dossier, feel free to provide support if you have sufficient knowledge. 

However, it is best if you direct applicants to Interfolio for support : https://product-help.interfolio.com/en_US/help-resources-for-applying/apply-to-a-position-hosted-with-interfolio or encourage them to contact Interfolio support directly at: interfolio-support@elsevier.com or (833) 844-2118.

One issue applicants may experience when attempting to submit their materials to an open position is an error if they have not completed all of the required forms or materials for an application. Wake Forest University does have several specific forms that all applicants must complete to submit their application.  

A second common problem is that the applicant must click on the Submit Delivery button for their application to be visible to the faculty search committee.
